A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience.
*Class must have at least 2 participants minimum to occur. *No refunds available when you prepay for a class and have to cancel. A class credit can be given pending you notify us within 2 hours of your registered class. If you do not notify us within 2 hours of class time that you cannot attend your registered class - no class credit is allotted. *If class does not meet the minimum within 2 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be contacted through the email you provided during registration with the option to reschedule for another class time.
