Pup Noses + Yoga Poses

Come enjoy some "downward dog" time at our Yoga and Adoption event benefiting Mid-Cities Animal Rescue!

This class will be held INDOORS and is family-friendly.

Things to Know:

-Adoptable rescue dogs will be provided for Pup Yoga, please leave yours at home! 

-Family-friendly event

-BYOM (Bring your own mat and mat towel)

-Please register and purchase your ticket online before the day of the event

-Your ticket includes a free craft beer or non-alcoholic drink from New Main Brewing

-Remember we will be practicing with live animals, anything is possible! Come prepared to have a good time and laugh at a truly unique yoga class. 

We will definitely have time after class to snuggle, take pictures, and socialize with the puppies in case you want more!

In instance of cancellation,  AYC will honor all tickets and attendees with a credit equal to the ticket amount towards any future class and/or event of their choosing.
