Join Jennie for an afternoon of gentle movement honoring Mother’s Day.
Practice will include Tibetan singing bowls and essential oils to help enrich the relaxed environment during your time at the center.
This class will be a great post-brunch gentle stretch or pre-dinner zen sesh with your mother or kids.
