Intro to Ayurveda: Winter to Spring self-care.
Explore what Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga can do for you. Ayurveda offers the modern day yogi customized diet and lifestyle practices to create a balance of health, vitality and radiant well-being.
Come to this workshop to understand what Ayurveda is, how the transition from Winter to Spring can affect our body, and take home simple yet effective practices that can help you thrive with vibrance.
This class will cover:
1. What is Ayurveda, how changing seasons affect our body, and self care tips to keep the body energized
2. Introduction to the concept of the Doshas -- Vata, Pitta, and Kapha -- and how they relate to your body function followed by a self test to find out each individual constitution.
3. Winter to Spring self-care for each constitution
4. Q & A
