Let the natural harmony of the outdoors expand and deepen your yoga practice! Join us as we explore Tandy Hills Natural Area!
Yoga and Hiking offers the ideal combination of spectacular sights and soul-soothing rejuvenation. Allow yourself to be energized by fresh air, glinting sunlight, and rustling leaves during yoga in the outdoors.
$20 covers: an hour-long yoga class, a donation to the Tandy Hills Preservation group (who take care of the park), plus a group hike on one of Tandy Hill’s gorgeous trails!
Be sure to bring your mat, sunscreen, bug spray, plenty of water, a camera, and a smile!
The trail we are taking has a few moderate inclines and slopes, be prepared to get the heart pumping on a few spots!
Be sure to wear adequate shoes with traction (preferably hiking boots)!
