About The Event
We'll begin de-stressing with a gentle yoga practice by candlelight followed with a guided relaxation to quiet the mind.
Guided Relaxation: Led by a teacher's voice, one identifies sensations throughout the body while remaining in a state of relaxed awareness so that you may release deeply held tensions.
What to bring: Water, mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, essential oils, any other items of comfort
