Ayurveda: Pitta Pacify Season Explore what Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga can do for you. Ayurveda offers the modern day yogi customized diet and lifestyle practices to create a balance of health, vitality and radiant well-being.
Of the three doshas, pitta has the most in common with summer. Imagine a bubbling pot of steaming hot, sour, and spicy soup—that's the nature of pitta. This class will help educate and give you the tools to counter-balance and pacify the pitta season.
