The Pilates method is a low-impact program that focuses on the core muscles, including the abdomen, back, and hips to achieve overall flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. This 45min class will focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and flowing movements to achieve a strong, toned body and a calm, focused mind. A thick mat is recommended.
*Class must have at least 2 participants minimum to occur. *No refunds available when you prepay for a class and have to cancel. A class credit can be given pending you notify us within 2 hours of your registered class. If you do not notify us within 2 hours of class time that you cannot attend your registered class - no class credit is allotted. *If class does not meet the minimum within 2 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be contacted through the email you provided during registration with the option to reschedule for another class time.
