Service Description

Explore Yoga is for those who are familiar with the basic concepts of yoga and are looking to deepen their practice. More challenging poses are introduced to help further improve strength and flexibility, while students practice focusing and quieting the mind at the same time.

Cancellation Policy

*Class must have at least 2 participants minimum to occur. *No refunds available when you prepay for a class and have to cancel. A class credit can be given pending you notify us within 2 hours of your registered class. If you do not notify us within 2 hours of class time that you cannot attend your registered class - no class credit is allotted. *If class does not meet the minimum within 2 hours of the scheduled class time, you will be contacted through the email you provided during registration with the option to reschedule for another class time.
