Welcome to the Arlington Yoga Center,
a place to study the art of Dharma Yoga.

Hello Arlington Yoga Center Community. I am Sally Beredo and I am the new manager for AYC. I want to apologize for any inconvenience anyone has had lately. I would like to ask for everyone's patience while I transition into my new role. Due to some unusual circumstances it has been a bit difficult to keep AYC running smootly. I have just learned how to manage the website to keep it up to date so you can count on the website to be correct. I would also love to have all of our community accept the AYC newsletter, as this is the best way for me to reach out to everyone. I have added my contact information in the Contact us section, please let me know if there is anything I can do the help make your AYC experience better. Thank you all so much. Namaste!
